Do Not Drink … Gamble!

If you enjoy a drink from time to time, keep your cash at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Empty your handbag, your money belt, and keep all money, plastic credit and checkbooks back at the hotel. Grab only the money you intend to spend on alcohol, tips and whatever pocket change you expect to lose and leave the rest behind.

Cynical? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You may well experience a win following a boozy night out with your comrades and be lucky enough to hit a long roll at a smokin craps game. Keep that account considering that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continually consume alcohol and wager. These activities simply do not mix.

Leaving your cash at home is a bit dramatic, but precautionary actions for drastic actions is required. If you gamble to succeed, then don’t drink alcohol and play. If you like to burn your money without a concern, then drink all the gratis beer you are able to handle, but do not carry plastic credit and cheques to throw into the mix of going after squanderings after your dead drunk brain squanders everything!

Permit me to take this 1 step further. do not drink and then head on the net to gamble in your favorite casino either. I enjoy a beer from the comfort of my domicile, however because I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards in close proximity, I can’t drink alcohol and gamble.

Why? Although I don’t drink a lot, once I consume alcohol, it is definitely adequate to cloud my judgment. I gamble, so I don’t drink when betting. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble at the same time. Both make for a dangerous, and crazy, cocktail.
